Mr. Domenick has been involved in the start- up of a number of technology and medical device companies including Myriad Genetics, the market leader in genomic testing, and Kalypto Medical, the developer of the first hand held Negative Pressure Wound Therapy device which was acquired by Smith and Nephew. In addition he previously held positions of leadership in the growth of Abbott Diagnostics, a global multibillion dollar market leader. Mr. Domenick has 30 + years experience in the development and commercialization of medical devices and he holds a B.S in Biochemistry from Pennsylvania State University.
